Pricing

Admission per person is $3,995 for single occupancy and $3,495 per person for double occupancy.

Price includes:
 

  • Our services in planning and arranging the trip and carrying out the agenda, including accompanying the group and providing guide, logistical, and translation services

  • Obtaining your Cuban business visas, Fedex shipment of visa to your home

  • Four nights accommodations

  • Air-conditioned coach transportation for all group activities, with driver and guide

  • The cost of all activities on the group schedule: day trips, visits, tours, admission fees

  • All meals beginning with Tuesday’s welcome dinner

  • Not included are bar bills at group meals; hotel incidentals; or tips for driver, guide, porters, or waiters. Individuals are responsible for booking their flights independently, and will take taxis on their own from and to Havana’s airport.
